By purchasing from our nursery, you agree to all of our shop policies and conditions.       





📦Fulfillment of orders normally occurs within 2 weeks of orders. Holiday's/federal off days can effect this time-frame.





🚚Shipping Mon-Wed for most plants. Small seedlings, sprouts, and seeds will ship throughout the week. 


🙅♀️FREE 2 WEEK HOLDS- If you need your shipment held, please add it in the "notes" during checkout, or send us an email. Please note there is absolutely NO Cancellations on holds for any reason. It is important to understand the risks with holds... When your plant is being held, plant condition can change for better or worse. It may grow 2 leaves or it may lose 2 leaves. This plant is already yours and you cannot be refunded if your plant does not look the same after a long hold. That said, we will continue to care for your plant the same way we do all others. There is elemental factors out of our control when growing live plants outdoors. 




💁♀️WYSIWYG: What you see is what you get items are just that. They're not covered by any assurances as they are typically rehab condition or cosmetically damaged sold at a discount. However, we would never sell anything that were not confident will continue to grow and thrive. We ensure all rehab plants have progressing root and/or leaf growth before offering it for sale. (Courier shipping insurance still applies)


🍂Please note by purchasing during extreme temperature seasons, you acknowledge and assume all responsibilities of the risks involved with shipping exotic plants in the cold/heat: weather delays, cold/heat damage to leaves/roots, browning/yellowing/loss of leaves etc..   


                      


❄️☀️Be sure to add protection to ensure your plants make it to you safely, and someone will be home to bring them indoors immediately.


⚠️We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacments unless stated otherwise.


⚠️Live Arrival Guarantee-DOA claims must be submitted with an unboxing video WITHIN 4 HOURS of delivery receipt for replacments or refunds.


If you have shipping delays/damages, please do not blame our company as it is out of our hands once we drop the packages off. Delay damages/loss due to shipping couriers cannot be covered by our company, but we are happy to assist with insurance claims. Please reach out to us for information on filing a claim if necessary. 




🚫NO CANCELLATION-Please shop responsibly. Restocking fee of 25% will occur for any cancelled items to be unpacked, re-listed, and re-sold. 





💸LAYAWAY PLANS: We offer free custom layaway plans with an initial deposit. Orders will be shipped after paid in full. Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to pay the remaining balance. We typically only implement layaway for high dollar plants. We do reserve the right to deny or approve any plants for layaway depending on availability of stock quantity or demand of specific plants. Email us with any questions.
